Jupiter Associates is a long established local print company that actually started life as Jupiter Press in the 1950's. The company was started by a Mrs Taylor, mainly printing newsletters about the occult in her garden shed in Sanderstead. The name Jupiter is rumoured to have had some occult based reference that has been lost in the mists of time.
These days the majority of our customers require full colour printing and we offer this at a competitive price. Larger quantities (roughly over 250 copies) are best produced by litho printing, and for longer runs of leaflets, flyers or brochures, the artwork is placed on a larger sheet along with others of the same size and material.
We have a highly motivated team here including designers and pre-press technical experts who can quickly produce exciting and technically precise artwork. We have a range of software so can work with whatever files you give us, we supply PDF proofs by email or if you need a hard copy proof, we can arrange to have one printed.
Our Heidelberg Herkules drum imagesetter has a maximum image area of 744mm x 557mm. It images hard-dot film positives or negatives at 1270dpi, 2540dpi or 3386dpi at the highest resolution imagesetting a halftone screen ruling of 200 lines per inch. Our film imagesetting output is checked daily for density and tint accuracy so you can be assured of the quality.
