We don't practise business by providing sample cards, since all the cards are manufactured against order, once the customer places the order, we go for the manufacturing process. So we don't keep sample cards to carry. Once the customer approve the proof and after the confirmation of the payment, we shall start the printing process and deliver the cards in ten working days time.

I wanted to share my recent terrible experience with this company. My son's wedding is coming up and I decided to use RS Printers to order the invitation cards as well as cake boxes. The invitation cards were produced to expectations. However, with the cake boxes, they only supposedly had 75 units of the requested cake boxes available so they suggested I go for an alternative design.
I placed the order which cost me a total of 150. On receiving the boxes and taking it to the cake supplier, I was told that the size of the boxes was too small for the standard size cake pieces to fit into it. The original size box was correct and the suggested alternative was the wrong size. I went back to the shop to explain the situation, hoping that they would rectify it, but was immediately dismissed and told 'sorry nothing we can do'.
The salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. No refund offered, no alternative suggested. This is a business that does not care about the customer. Once you've paid them money, they couldn't care less. I will never be using RS Printers again and will advise everyone I know to stay well clear of them. Beware!

Customer service is 0. The man is so rude. We went to the shop and we asked for a card design. He showed us an album full of designs. We asked for the cards we liked but he said that he didn't have them. He said that in a really rude way. He wasted our time. I WAS GOING TO PUT 0 STARS BUT I WOULDN'T LET ME POST THIS REVIEW.
