Great experience! We ordered a print run of wire bound documents which came up great quality and was just as we asked. We were on a tight deadline so needed to get these in the post, and had the documents by the end of the day. Unfortunately some of the wire combs were faulty so we reported the issue first thing the next morning and by the end of the day we had received a replacement order. Really great service, esp when trouble shooting under time pressure.

IPW1 have carried out all our branding to our Parklets, I found them to be very professional, prompt and great value for money!

Ordered and paid for 2 posters on 18th April, received no further communication so left a message on 4th May and sent an email; again no reply. Chased again today and was told they always respond within one hour to messages and emails. Apparently there is no order on the system, despite Instantprint being happy to take my money. Very poor service.

I used Instant Print West One for my new Roller Banners and they are absolutely stunning! As a professional photographer print quality is vital to me and these roller banners are of the highest premium print and construction. All communications with Instant Print West One were great and the staff (Scott) couldn't of been more helpful. I was searching for a great quality business cards and I needed them ready in two days, so I was ready to pay a bit extra as this is how it usually is. When I found Instant Print I couldn't believe what service they are promising for the price - it was so amazing. The quality of the cards was great, they printed and delivered the cards in two days and I payed 4 times cheaper than most of the print companies would ask for.

I was also happy to receive both email and phone messages about the tracking of the business cards as I was in a hurry. Overall - great quality and service, I will definitely use their service again!
