Rog really is fantastic. As a business, we send him an awful lot of projects, and when things get confusing for us, he knows exactly what's happening. He is so organized, he often tells us what we have missed or marked incorrectly, whilst recommending fixes! His turnaround time is second to none, and if there will be a delay (very rare!) he will always communicate clearly with you and advise timescales. I, and we as a business, highly recommend Rog. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
