I had a quesion and emailed them and they got back to me straight away with a reply. Very simple to upload the photo and deatils and even sent a proof before printing to confirm. Ordered a canvas with song lyrics that are very special to my husband..I went for the A1 size and choose my colour .The result is beautiful.The customer service is fab ,very personal,easy to ask for specific details to be added or removed,and you get a email through with your order to check it through before you go ahead..
