I worked there a few years back. It was my first work in the UK. Then they hired a new IT manager. I guess, me the junior developer, was the source of all evil so he gave some ridiculous excuses and fired me just like that. I learned that this manager left the company a few months later. Not a very good tactic for a company that requires its developers to follow a career path that can not be used anywhere else.
