Do not order from Trade Print. I ordered a feathered flag for a men's mental health group and the quality was poor and the hems were fraying. To rectify this issue, Marc Farmer said my only option was to have the product collected from my customers house. He told me it would be collected anytime between 9am - 5pm. How he thinks this is a sensible suggestion is alarming. he wants my customer to stay in his house for a whole day, miss a day of work, so they can collect the flag. I really struggle to understand the thought process behind this solution.

Have made 8 attempts at placing an order via two separate devices and using two different browsers. The website hangs at the payment stage with no error message. Have spoken to 4 different people in the customer service team. They were all nice and sounded helpful but they don't seem to have a direct line into the technical team. I sent an email 2.5 hours ago and had to chase for an acknowledgement, nevermind an answer. Will now have to start again with another online printer.

Avoid using Tradeprint if you have any urgent jobs with tight deadlines. This is the last time I will trust this company. Had ordered a 400 stretched fabric for an event, followed up on the order almost every day to ensure delivery was on schedule, even an hour before dispatched asked for an update, they mentioned everything looks fine. My gut was correct once again TradePrint let me down. I will never trust Tradprint to deliver on time.

The customer service is appalling! The web site has an online proofing system DON'T bother looking at your proof it is irrelevant to how they print the job. The job looked perfect on the proof so I excepted it. When the roller banner was delivered it had big white boxs all over the blue background. Despite them not being on the proof they still would not reprint it. DON'T USE THEM.

A place you can visit online and order things such as business cards, leaflets, pens, posters, flyers, books, calendars and many more. You can get different effects such as soft touch cards, gloss, matte and pearl. The number of copies for flyers etc can range from 10 to 1000s. There's something for everyone.

I've ordered 2 exhibition stands and the print is horrible. I've wasted 800, because I cannot use them as they are. The colours are not what they meant to be, because they converted Pantone colours to CMKY - with no regard to quality or the results at all. Really poor quality control. And after complaining and talking to customer support, nothing can be done, because converting colours is they standard procedure - so they are saying that it was "my fault" for not reading T&Cs. Long story short, I do not recommend this company. Poor quality. Poor quality control. Poor customer service. A waste of money and effort.

Good service. Been using for years (previously under the Fairprint brand). Excellent quality business cards and flyers but occasionally delivery dates missed and can be slow to respond to emails. Hence 4 stars. Otherwise a very good, reputable printer and certainly no complaints over the quality of the final product.

Nothing usually wrong with the quality but service is poor. Products often don't arrive on time and there's no communication to tell us there was a problem. Box's are often damaged and i have given Feedback that they need to make Box's more secure and yet their Production still sends out Box's with no secure packing and often the Product is damaged.

Terrible experience. I've been in print for many years and this is the worst company I've dealt with. Firstly the format in which they require print files is akward, they offer minimal assitance in explaining how they require them. Then if there's issues, they won't go out of their way to help or explain what's wrong unless you call up multiple times.
When you do finally get somehere, they promise calls back which never come. The word 'jobs worths' comes to mind. They had one lady on customer service who seemed genuinly helpful, other than her, the rest of the team, especially 'pre print' team are useless. Furthermore, the quality of the print is poor too, scuffed edges, was told it would be litho print, it wasn't, it was digital.
Then finally, the delivery was a lot longer than promised AVOID if you need quality, good communication, or speedy turn around. If you need cheap & cheerful and don't mind wasting your time, then go ahead.

Using Fairprint services since couple of years now (Booklets, Flyers, B.Cards). Never had a problem at all with communication, amendments (even after project upload), print quality or delivery. Always pick option file check! This will save you a lot of time and money. Mind that every file transfer gives a small chance for corrupting the file especially big projects over 500MB.
