I ordered business cards in May 2021, when I first started my business. The product that I received was not accurate. I collected card samples from Colour Tech to physically see their card finishes and thickness before finalizing my order. I referenced one of the samples and told them I wanted the exact same thickness and finish. I did not receive what I asked for.
I am aware that colors can sometime show up differently, which was not the issue. I tried to address the thickness & finish of the card. The manager on site, Debbie was impolite and did not try to resolve the matter, to say the least. I was rudely told that since I am just starting my business, I should just take what I am getting even though I was dissatisfied with my order. I was refused a refund even though I returned the entire order. This unfortunate experience was a complete waste of my time and energy.

I have used colour tech on numerous occasions over the years. They constantly make mistakes and do not put in any extra effort to provide you with quality graphic designs within reasonable time frames. When you ask for errors to be corrected or any revisions they take 1-2 days to get back to you with each proof or at least until you reach out to them directly.
On this very last occasion, I was shocked, offended and disgusted that after speaking to the general manager (Debbie) who I was dealing with, was becoming rude and when our telephone conversation came to an end I over heard her uttering rude comments as the line was Still connected without her knowledge, and stating that she is "sick and tired of these pre-madonna's." And bashing me and presumably referring to other customers who she feels the same towards.
When I told her I was still on the line she hung up on me. I tried calling her back and the phone calls just went unanswered. I called back to speak to the owner to let him aware of her unprofessionalism and my disappointment in the rude comments she was making, he was not apologetic nor did he offer some sort of service discount and essentially brushed her actions off because of her length of employment in the company.
I sent her an email as well letting her know about my disappointment in her comments. She never replied back. Very rude, not professional and I will not be recommending them going forward.

The general manager, Mrs. Debbie McDonald is a very professional women and sales person. They have good quality of advertising, good values and work. I recommend this company and Mrs. McDonald to anyone, from friends to family. They have assisted and helped me through my questions, advertising and marketing.

Graphics support either lacks competence or care. the ultimate effect being the same. Service does accept rush jobs at a premium price but without the intention of doing a quality job. Do your own corrections as no consideration is made in their proofs. Bring a big juicy job or accept a job that barely meets the minimum.

I gave this company my business on numerous occasions after consistent mistakes. They don't take responsibility for their errors and don't try to make the customer happy at all. I was rudely spoken to by their general manager who did nothing to try to keep my business. Terrible customer service! Too much hand holding to get marketing materials done right. I wasted a lot of time and money.
