I have worked at Arlon for nearly 8 years in the Marketing Department and have witnessed the company transform; our CEO & Leadership Team do a wonderful job being transparent at every level of the company. As an employee, I feel valued for my work and know that I am contributing to Arlon's vision of being the global leader in graphic films.

I began working at Arlon Graphics about 3 months ago and I can say it has been excellent experience so far. HR and the executive team do a fantastic job at welcoming new employees having them feel at home in a new work environment. As a company, they truly stick to their core values and it is easy to see how every worker reflects excellence, accountability, teamwork, inspiration, and integrity. I have been treated exceptionally well as an employee! No complaints so far!

I've been working for Arlon for 10+ years and it has been an absolute learning experience. I've seen first-hand how this company keeps evolving throughout the years and on all aspects; from new machines, new technologies, social media engagement, al the way to continuous process improvements in all areas: Ops and the commercial side. I joined the Marketing team at Arlon 3 months ago in the middle of the pandemic. It definitely wasn't the easiest decision but truly the right one. In my short time here I have experienced the best work place environment I could ever imagine. When I say the company cares about their employees I truly mean it. Horrible company. Horrible Employers and Employees. Material is handled and manufactured horribly. If you are considering a position here or you are a private investor/customer id probably take your business elsewhere. If you invest money or buy material from this company you are directly supporting the malpractices, and the modern-day slave traders that run this place of "business". You force your employees to work over 50 hours a week for little pay and sub-par benefits. All your new employees that you recieve from temp agencies are bullied and hazed like a gang initiation just so you can get cheap labor without paying for full time benefits. You are an evil, and ruthless corporation that should not exist.

My supplier turned me on to Arlon Graphics approximately 1 year ago. The price was good for the materials that I use. However, Arlon Graphics has some serious Quality Control issues. I have now received a role of 4500 that some areas of the adhesive stuck to the substrate good while other areas didn't stick and hold at all. This is on the same piece of substrate only inches from the area that did stick.

In this case I was told by my supplier that Arlon would not do anything about it. That they said there was nothing wrong with the material. I have also received 2 rolls of 4500 that had only 1 protective end cap in each box. Both rolls approximately the first 10 feet of material was not usable. How can the person packing the boxes for shipment not realize that he only only put 1 end cap on the roll. Either this happens a lot or I am just the lucky one that gets my orders packed by someone that doesn't care!
