Acting on the clients behalf we have been designing, preparing artwork, proofing and ultimately providing a high quality end product for years. Jim and his team at Nettl / Face Media Group recently made some signs for our office after a change of name. The team were very patient despite me making several changes and the final result was high quality, both in terms of manufacture and design. Jim presented the new signs to me at the next BNI meeting. I was really pleased with the signs but that wasn't the end of the matter - Jim decided they weren't good enough and insisted on having them remade.
The final product was even better! Jim then put the icing on the cake - he came to my house to collect the office keys so he could put the signs up out of office hours to avoid disrupting our office and the other offices in the building. Overall good old fashioned service - i.e. Jim really cared about how the product looked and about the service given. Thanks Jim, I am really grateful.

Nothing but great things to say! Typical me fashion leaving everything to the last minute, Josh, Brandon and Jim took the time to understand my requirements - suggested improvements, worked with their suppliers to fast track and meet my deadline.
