AVOID! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU READ THIS? THEY MADE 2 MISTAKES AND PUT WRONG NUMBER ON CARD! I needed business cards for the next day for an important meeting. I stated I wanted the highest quality cards. I sent my previous card and said to copy that and add 4 words. Simple right? Not at all for simply prints they stated they couldn't design the card and they would just leave it black and cannot add anything. TAM AND BIPIN said they are not designers? which is surprising this shows they will not go the extra mile for their customers. the made a mistake and didn't add capital letters and when I noticed on the email they said they have already starting printing and said I would need to pay again after paying 111 to simply prints i payed again as I needed the cards for the next day. I payed an EXTRA 25 for same delivery so now I have payed over 200 for business cards. THEY MISSED A NUMBER ON THE CARD!

Misleading and confusing website be careful when you order for same day. Advertised as same day quick turnaround for low price. They will try to scam you for double the price with extra delivery charges. Person I spoke on the phone tried to pull several fast ones. I WAS prepared to pay the extra but when i was given a price nearly doubled what I've paid, I asked for the numbers to be double checked and clarified as the person on the phone seems to be uncertain.
I was told the order was a standard one and i was a few minutes late after 12 p.m. hence why the price is more. I've asked that the figure doesn't add up even if i do the more expensive same day option and wasn't given a satisfactory reply other than this is same day that's why it's more expensive! If a business is to punish it's client and hungry to get that extra few quids because they are a few minutes late, I suspect they do not respect customer satisfaction. I ended competitor that can do before 1 p.m. at even cheaper price

They say they will check any file and make any changes to make sure it will print well but apparently they were unable to lighten the white areas of a JPEG image which looked a bit dark on the proof. I was desperate for the cards so I got them printed anyway and hoped for the best as they didn't look too bad, but on the actual cards the colour is way off (far worse than the proof) and the image quality is not good.

Their website said they do instant business card printing and showed them open the following day, so I planned a detour into London to pick them up on the way to an event and ordered. I receive an email the night before saying they're supposed to be closed so I'd have to pay 50+VAT "overtime fee" - I didn't have a choice at that point. Picked them up and the trimming was terrible - worst I've ever seen. Eventually I got a reprint set which are better, but for pretty poor quality cards this has cost me a small fortune. (95 for 100 cards!)
