I bought a v pillow from Shaw's and it said to wash on a 40 degree which I did. When the wash finish I emptied the machine and it was all shredded to pieces. Omg what! Follow the instructions and it does this. I took my receipt back to the shop and explained the situation and only to be told I should of bought the shredded pillow in!. The assistant then said she would not refund my money when I gave her my receipt. Absolutely disgusted with Shaw's way of no refund given.!. Will never be going back to this shop and will telling my friends the same. Very disgusted customer.

Took a return back, had full receipts. Husband paid on his card. It was 3.50. he did not have his wallet but had apple pay showing the card ending in etc. They then asked if he had anything with a signature on it. wtflop. I had my purse and everything. I can use apple pay to purchase goods without a signature. I have never gone in to a store and been asked to show something with a signature the card and the receipt should of been enough. Disgusting rude service to start with I left the goods there with no refund and will not be returning. out

'VERY RUDE WOMAN' (Mature, maybe she was the Manager?) there this afternoon, the mother and I went in there to look for some new net curtains for my bedroom because mine were torn and very old, I was discussing the sizes and options with my mother but this 'VERY RUDE' woman kept interrupting us all the time!? She said well you're not listening to me so I shall just walk away and go!
So she just went off in a bad manner and a huff!? Rubbish customer service! From her anyway, in the end we did eventually choose ourselves and get to buy some net curtains there anyway (I almost walked out because of her rudeness!) but thankfully when we went to pay at the till the younger woman there was much more pleasant in nature and much better customer service from her., her colleague should 'LEARN' from her! But still we won't be coming back here again!

Went In with my very well behaved 3 year old son, who was inocently sat on a stool waiting for me! However the horrible little manager women easily identified by her unfriendly evil damina kept looking at us as if I had grown an extra head and demanded in a barking manor that he stand up! Not the type of person i would want managing my shop! If there was a Zero rating I would give it.

I went in to the shop on the 6/2/17 looking for some wool, unfortunately they shelves were quite empty but there were bags of wool on the floor from a delivery, which made it difficult to move around the shop, I could see the wool I needed in the bag and asked a member of staff if it was possible to get some out. She was quite rude and said " well not really".
But assured me that it would be out the following day, my mum went in today and all the bags were still all over the floor of the shop along with another delivery meaning that we were unable to get the wool. My mum asked again about it and she was told that they were short staffed and unable to unpack any of the stock. I have never had a problem with this shop before and I feel that the staff there were not friendly and had no interest in helping customers, I think I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
