Disappointed in the customer service I received this afternoon. I desperately needed a few documents printed (~20 pages) for work. I called at 1700 asking if this would be possible if I arrived at 1725. I was clearly told, it wouldn't be possible because the shop closes promptly at 1730. I completely respect everyone wants to get home after a hard days work, but occasionally it is necessary to go above and beyond for customers and I didn't feel Perfect Print understand this.

I have to write a review to say that Emma and her team at Perfect Print have been so helpful to me. I could not have got my business going without them.
